The KM Agency, formerly Changing Lives, is founded by Kim McSwain with one vision and goal in mind: To bring the dance world a movement where studio owners, teachers, and dancers walk away inspired, transformed, motivated and educated. 

With over 30 years of experience, expertise, and connections with the world's top respected and highly esteemed choreographers and educators from around the globe, the KM Agency provides technical performance and mindset training to dance studios, high school/college teams, performing arts schools, and other dance coaching programs.
